Based on Whyte’s latest trail geometry featuring a longer top tube, shorter stem and wider bars, the T6 aluminium frame is snappy and responsive without sacrificing stability and control on technical descents. The RockShox Recon RL fork boasts their Solo Air technology with up to 120mm of travel – more than enough to soften the impact of uneven terrain. Maxxis Forekaster 27.5x2.35 tyres optimise the ride quality for superior comfort and traction.
Decked out with Shimano’s 1x10-speed Deore drivetrain, shifting is precise and reliable, offering plenty of range up steep inclines thanks to the 11-46t cassette. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes are powerful and reliable, providing smooth modulation for consistent braking. The 802 Compact has everything you need and more, making short work of challenging trail features with all-day comfort.
