As we are a small independent bike shop and are aware the big online stores will often have stuff on sale cheaper than the RRP, we will always try our best to match them or be as competitive as possible

Terms and conditions for a potential price Match

• Items must be in stock and available to all customers with a comparative retailer.
• Only identical items (size, colour, year model, etc.) can be potentially matched.
• UK comparisons only.
• We are unable to match pricing from auction sites such as eBay.
• Comparable service conditions including delivery and fitting will be factored into the competitor's price.
• Product from our current range will only be matched. Price matching will not be applied to transactions involving other promotional offers, discounts, financial products (0% finance, etc.) or cycle to work.
• Repair, servicing and events cannot be price matched. Verification of the competitors price may be required by the Manager and the Managers decision is final.
• Hoops Velo reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend the offer at any time.
• Price matching cannot be applied retrospectively.
